How do I size casters for my cart or trolley?
Divide the total weight (cart + payload) by 3, not by 4 — on an uneven floor only three wheels touch the ground at once. Then add margin for speed, floor roughness and shock. Tell us the application and we will size the set for you.
Which wheel material should I choose?
Polyurethane protects floors and runs quietly with high load capacity. Cast nylon is economical, carries heavy loads and resists water and chemicals. Rubber absorbs shock and runs quietest. Forged steel handles extreme loads and heat; stainless steel survives washdown; phenolic wheels serve ovens up to +280 °C. Send us the floor type and duty cycle for a recommendation.
What load range do you manufacture?
From light trolley wheels at 30 kg per caster up to machinery movers at 2000 kg per caster (RM-Extreme series). Wheel diameters run from 25 mm to 300 mm.
What brake options are available?
Total lock (one pedal locks wheel and swivel head), side brake (wheel only) and directional lock (converts a swivel caster to travel straight). Two diagonal total locks are the standard safe setup for parked carts.
What is the MOQ for standard and custom casters?
Standard catalog items ship in small quantities. Custom casters depend on tooling: compound or color changes on existing tooling need far lower volumes than new bracket designs. Send the drawing or a sample to cross-reference for a specific answer.
How do you ensure quality?
Quality is managed under our ISO 9001 certified system. Every inquiry gets an engineering review; production lines include stamping, welding and assembly checkpoints; and our in-house lab runs dynamic load testing and salt spray testing per batch. Load ratings follow EN 12530 based protocols.
Can you provide test reports and material certificates?
Yes. Load test reports, salt spray results, hardness and resistance measurements and material certificates can be provided with your shipment on request. State documentation needs at quotation so they are built into production planning.
Can you cross-reference a competitor's caster model?
Yes — send the competitor model number, a photo or the wheel with its dimensions and we will identify the mounting, load class and tread and quote a matched or improved replacement.
Do you manufacture under our brand (OEM / private label)?
Yes. OEM manufacturing, ODM design and private labelling are core business models, including your packaging, marking and documentation.
What is the standard lead time?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization; samples are faster. Confirm the exact schedule at quotation.

What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are bank transfer (T/T) with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. For established customers, more flexible terms can be discussed.
