This policy explains what information RollMaster collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers the inquiry form, the technical information that accompanies a visit, our use of Google API services, and the records we keep afterwards.
RollMaster is an industrial manufacturing and sourcing website: it publishes caster engineering information and manufactures industrial caster wheels. The site is operated by Hefei RollMaster Industrial Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), an industrial caster wheels manufacturer and exporter based in Hefei, Anhui, China.

Who we are
Hefei RollMaster Industrial Co., Ltd. operates the RollMaster website (www.skt1m.com). For any question about this policy or about your data, write to sales@skt1m.com.
Information we collect
Contact and inquiry information. When you submit the inquiry form we record what you enter: your name and email address (required), and — if you provide them — company, phone number, the caster or wheel you are asking about, quantity and your message.
Technical information. Alongside the form we record technical context that helps us understand where an inquiry came from and how to answer it: the page you landed on, the referring site, the pages you visited in that session, how long the session lasted, whether you switched language, the browser, operating system, device type, time zone and browser language you used, and any advertising click identifier present in the URL.
Delivery providers. The form is delivered through Cloudflare, which also gives us the country, region, city and time zone derived from your connection. We use a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to keep automated submissions out, and we send the notification email through Resend.
Google API data. We use Google APIs for keyword and market research; see the Google API services section below.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you place an order — to produce, test and ship the casters.
We use technical information to understand how visitors reach the site, to keep the site working, and to improve the relevance of our technical and commercial content.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Google API services
RollMaster may use Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, to retrieve keyword research and advertising-related data for market research and website content planning — for example, to understand which machining topics buyers search for and in which words, so the published technical guides answer the questions actually asked.
We do not use Google Ads API data to create or manage advertising campaigns on behalf of users, and we do not access, store or process personal data through Google API services.
Our use of Google API services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
Inquiry records are stored in our own database (Cloudflare D1) and delivered to our sales inbox by email. Cloudflare provides hosting, the form endpoint, the challenge and the database; Resend delivers the notification email. These providers process the data on our instructions in order to operate the website and the mailbox.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your drawings and models are treated as confidential. We do not publish customer files, and we do not share them with other buyers. Where a production step requires an outside process, files are shared only as needed to produce and inspect your parts.
Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on this site. Two things are stored in your browser anyway:
A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge may set strictly necessary cookies so the challenge can verify your submission.
After an inquiry is submitted we store one key in your browser's session storage so the same submission is not counted twice. It is removed when you close the tab.
- No advertising or analytics cookies are set by us.
- No third-party tracking pixels are loaded.
- Session storage holds only the conversion key described above.
Data retention
Inquiry records stay in our ledger so we can follow up on quotations and orders, and so that repeat work can be quoted consistently. Records of completed transactions are kept as long as required by tax and commercial law; other inquiry records are deleted when they are no longer needed for these purposes.
Technical context attached to an inquiry is kept with that inquiry's record. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept longer.
Data security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the inquiry database and the sales mailbox is limited to the personnel who answer inquiries, and form submissions pass through a bot challenge before they reach us.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review our handling practices when the systems we rely on change.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to further contact at any time — write to sales@skt1m.com and we will act on your request, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have further rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Third-party services
This website relies on the following third-party processors: Cloudflare (hosting, form handling, bot challenge, database) and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
If we add or replace a processor, this page is updated.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and the services described here are not offered to consumers.
International data transfers
We are based in China and our processors operate global infrastructure, so information you send may be processed in China and in other countries where Cloudflare and Resend operate. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards our processors offer — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — together with the measures described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
